    • This fresh from the farm Southern crowd pleaser gets a BBQ makeover. Served crispy and golden brown then drizzled with our house made Chipotle BBQ sauce.

    Pretzel Bun Beef Slider - $4

    • Our signature beef blend grilled and topped with cheddar, pickled onions then drizzled with our house made Chipotle BBQ Sauce. We serve this mini burger on a soft pretzel slider bun.

    Deviled Crab Crostini - $4

    • A dish inspired by a Southern kitchen after-party. Jumbo lump crab deviled with Southern smoked Pimento Cheese layered on toasty crostini.

    Bacon Wrapped Prawns - $5

    • Large, succulent shrimp dusted with our signature BBQ dry rub and wrapped in savory bacon. Drenched in a peach glaze while we grill these beauties on site.

    Bacon Wrapped Dates - $4

    • This mini BBQ selection except for how it has been adopted in true Southern hospitality. Sweet Medjool Dates gently stuffed with creamy goat cheese, wrapped in bacon then kissed on the Southern Grill

    Chicken and Waffle Bites - $3

    • Braised buffalo style shredded chicken atop Belgium waffles then topped with applewood smoked bacon and drizzled with warm Canadian Maple syrup. A true Southern Classic.

    Bacon Mac and Cheese Fritters - $3

    • Little Southern gems served golden brown filled with creamy cheddar, tiny elbow pasta and applewood smoked bacon with sweet and spicy jalapeño jam

    Soco Shrimp and Grits Shooter - $3

    Beef Brisket Mini Chalice - $4

    • Hardwood smoked beef brisket smoked for hours, thick sliced on a mini bed of russet garlic mashed potatoes in a mini chalice fit for the king of BBQ.

    Jalapeño Poppers - $3

    • This traditional BBQ favorite simply has all the right stuff. Jalapeño stuffed with gooey melted Pepper-jack cheese, breaded and cooked to golden brown. Served with our Bourbon Apricot Glaze

    Pimento Grilled Cheese with Tomato Bisque - $3

    • A true Southern gathering staple. Roasted red peppers blended with melted sharp cheddar cheese between two slices of toast. Served with our house-made Tomato Bisque in a shot glass

    Mini Pulled Pork Sliders - $3

    • Delicious shredded pork slow cooked for hours and drizzled with our house-made bourbon BBQ Sauce. Served on mini slider buns and topped with citrus slaw.
