Hors d'oeuvres are priced per person- 1.5 units of each item is provided per person

Recommended quantity: 1 hour- 3-4 items, 2 hours- 7-8 items, 3 hours- 10-12 items

Smoked Salmon - $4

  • Wild caught and thin sliced smoked salmon over a fresh cucumber slice, topped with capers and dill aioli

Mixed Ceviche - $5

  • White fish, shrimp halves, squid rings, mini scallops, cilantro & brunoise red onions, citrus cured and served in a clear shot glass

Shrimp Ceviche - $4

  • Citrus cured white fish and shrimp served in a clear shot glass

Jumbo Shrimp Cocktail - $5

  • Jumbo Shrimp poached in a seasoned broth, served with a cocktail sauce and lemon

Lobster Mac & Cheese Fritter - $4

  • Our truffle oil mac & cheese with lobster meat, topped with lemon zest aioli

Lobster Arancini - $4

  • Creamy lobster risotto rolled into balls and lightly breaded, topped with chipotle honey aioli

Bacon Wrapped Scallops - $5

  • Scallops wrapped in bacon, topped with spicy cilantro aioli
